Meet the Maker
My husband, 2 year old son, and I live in the beautiful Central Valley of California. We have our own little slice of a heaven on our lovely 2 acre homestead - where we raise sheep and chickens, have a vegetable, herb and flower garden, make all our own compost, grow lots of fruit trees, collect our fresh eggs every morning and are just working to live a more sustainable and simple life.
Currently, we don't have a store front but I do have a separate workspace near our home where I create my products. I host occasional events and have OPEN SHOP HOURS about once a month. Visit my Event Page here for upcoming shop hours, and check out this blog post to see what kind of magical gatherings we've had in the past!
When I started learning more about plant and flower medicine, herbal health & natural skin and body care, I dove in head first! After months of concocting, researching, reading, testing (on friends/family) and of course using all this myself - I realized that I had found something so beautiful & beneficial that I could share with others; something I could make with my own hands. I wanted to share the purity, joy, simplicity, and beauty of what our earth has given us to use on our bodies and in our day to day lives.
Many of the herbs and flowers I use in my products are grown naturally and sustainably right here on our homestead! Visit our What We Grow page to see a full list & photos. I use my products on my face & body on a daily basis, as well as on my baby and my husband, and am always researching, concocting, trying new recipes, sampling products, and sharing what I'm finding with the people I love around me.
When you use only all natural ingredients on your face and body, you can feel and see the difference. When you know everything you're putting on your skin comes from the earth, you feel closer to nature and closer to your real self.
My goal is to help keep our skin and nature as close as possible- working together to maintain the most naturally beautiful versions of ourselves. We came from the earth, so shouldn't what we put onto our skin come from the earth as well? I want to help remind women and men to embrace & nurture the naturally beautiful part of themselves and to find the amazing power that there is in the plants and flowers around us.
